In order to confirm the date of your event you will first need to complete an application form which we will send to you . Please note that your form must be submitted at least 28 days before the day of your event, to give us time to consider and discuss the arrangements with you.

For the Castle Hire, we also need to ensure that our friends at Cadw are happy with your proposed arrangements. Protecting the ancient monument and site is paramount.

Charges will apply for hiring our sites for events, prices are available on application.

Please note that if the event is agreed, you will be expected to provide a risk assessment. You will also be required to take out Public Liability Insurance and provide a copy of the insurance certificate. The process is very straightforward, and we are on hand to assist you.

You will be sent a location agreement as part of the application process.
