Face to Face

Walking coaching on our 100 acre Farm nestled on the beautiful South West Wales coast. The Walking coaching session takes place in confidence on our privately owned land and castle.
At your premises: If you prefer, we can visit you at your location and at your convenience to accommodate a busy schedule.
Off site: We have recently converted our office on our farm in West Wales, which offers a different environment. We also have office locations in Carmarthen, Swansea, Cardiff and London.
